How do i have to cut the banana so my baby iguana could eat it?? and what to they mean with leave the skin on?

  1. The banana you should be able to cut any way you want, since it is so soft. Try to cut it into pieces about the size of its mouth, again it its a little bigger its ok because its soft. As to the skin, not sure. Since I do not know who you are quoting I would say they mean the peel.


  2. By the skin, they probobly mean the peel. I wouldn't leave on the peel though. It is rough to digest, if you want the peel on, cut it into very small pieces so that your little guy doesn't choke.

    As for the banana itself, cut it up smaller than the space in between his eyes. That is  the general rule of thumb for lizard food, don't feed them anything bigger than the space in between their eyes, it will pose a choking hazard.
