How do i heal and cover-up a scab from a pimple?

i had a pimple on the top of my forehead and i popped it. al the stuff came out but now there's this black scab! my big birthdaay 13th blowout is in 2 days and i want to either get rid of the scab or cover it up somehow. i've tried to cover it up with concealer and foundation but it just looked worse! how do i get the black to go away! please help!

Hmmm i was gonna say concealer.....but since you said it doesnt work, idk what to say.

Ummm DONT pick the scab. And dont use liquid concealer, use powder concealer...TRY THAT!
