  1. stop crying

  2. You should make sure you have the stinger out by swiping a credit card over the sting. The mix some baking soda and water and put it over the sting, that should get rid of the swelling and pain

  3. If you notice anything like hives, welts forming, difficulty breathing, swelling won't stop, you should go to the emergency room, and tell them what meds you've taken.

However, if you have them you could try a Benadryl. (Diphenhydramine)

That's a anti-histamine, and it will help with the swelling, itchyness and most other reactions caused because of allergies.

Pay attention, if your symptoms get too bad, your going to need to go to the ER so that they can administer some epinephrine and/or benadryl or some other anti-histamine.

Most of the time if you don't have a bad allergy, not much bad will happen, but sometimes allergies can get out of control if not treated so don't be afraid to tell your mom and dad you need to go to the ER if your symptoms get worse or won't go away.

  4. get a tums, l**k it and put it on the sting...it draws out all the stuff...that or get some tobacco, wet it and put it on...

    hope that helps...

  5. It's important to flick the stinger away with a knife or fingernail instead of pulling it straight out. Also, using ice and if it seems like your having an allergic reaction ask an adult to give you benadryl.

  6. I have been keeping honey bees for several years now and i feel pretty confident about answering this one. Some form of benidryl or antihistamine will help with the itching and possibly the swelling if taken soon after the sting. You will receive lots of input about thinngs like meat tendorizer, tobacco, baking soda an other topical treatments. they are all just wives tales. I have tried and none seam to work. the venom of a wasp is different than that of a honey bee. a honey bees venom is an irritant used to defend the hive while a wasps venom is used to kill its prey. My best advice is to not rub or scratch and let it run its course. it is normal for it to be sore for a coupel of days

I have had stings itch and be sore for as little as a few minuts or as long as a weak

  7. baking soda mixed with water... it gets the poison out and it works!!! i did that with ice and it helps.. i had two stings within 15 seconds so i feel ur pain!!! i hope i helped!

  8. well im no expert but...............here its in steps:

    STEP 1- GET ICE PACK

STEP 2- WASH IT WITH COLD WATER (WITH SOAP)

STEP 3- PUT ICE PACK BACK ON AND WAIT FOR A COUPLE MIN.

i told you im no expert but that may wrk if you are REAL desparate...

  9. Ice always brings down swelling...for itching try calamine lotion and aloe with relieve any burning sensation.

  10. When ever I get hurt I just have E.T. touch my wound.  I'll send him right over on my flying bike.

  11. tape a copper penny on it.  I have heard that the copper will stop the reaction.

  12. Sabrina gave some good advice.  Also, if you can get some benadryl (diphenhydramine - an allergy medicine that's often a little pink pill), that might help as well.
