Question:

How do i help my kiddo grow?

My son is an active 10 yr. old. BUTTTT he is the shortest kid in his class. He's been playing football for 5 yrs. I say PB & J, protein!!!! is there a little something I can help "Speed up" the process?

  1. no a thing!  just feed him propperly and keep him active so he is healthy and lots of calcium for his bones.  You can not speed groth of a child and boys always get thier tallest in highschool.

  2. no. You can't speed up his growing. It's based on genetics, stop worrying about it, he still has another 8 years of growing to do, he may wake up one morning and be a couple inches taller, it's been known to happen. the important thing is to feed him right, keep him active and healthy and don't worry about his height.

  3. Don't worry...he will grow...he has a loooong time ahead of him....sure you can make him eat healthy food...but you shouldn't speed up the process, then he might grow up TOO fast...he will be fine like this...let him be short for a while...i hope i helped
