  1. Speed and hitting low.  Watch Sanders for the Indianapolis Colts.  He's small, but he's one of the hardest hitters I've ever seen.  I'm sure you could learn a few things from video taping him and playing it back to see how he hits guys.  The other thing that you have to do is square your shoulders.

Momentum is the way an impact really hits hard.  And the more surface area you have that hits the body the more power you are going to have in your hit.  Think of it like when a person hits a pool.  You do a nose dive and it doesn't sting (little surface area).  If you do a belly flop though, BAM!  The difference a bunch of surface area.  Both are at the same speed though.  The way the speed increases is by a higher height on diving.  And of course you know that the higher the belly flop, the more it is going to sting.

  2. Put your shoulders in it, and square up.. don't raise your hands.  Practice, do squats and bench press.

  3. sometimes its just a natural bodily reflex to kinda hesitate rite b4 the hit to brace for and that takes away your power. wether or not you do that idk i haven't ever seen you hit. just be sure to be square with the ball carrier and run rite through him. keep your legs movin through the collision.  hope that helps

  4. really its not bout weight lifting or strength or size of weight

speed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! get real fast and lower ur shoulder before making contact and most likely a dead player on the field

  5. Accelerate just before the hit, as fast and as quickly as you can.

  6. Keep your feet moving even after you've made contact. And before you hit them, prepare yourself mentally by saying something to yourself like "RIP! TEAR! KILL!"
