  1. take 1 rear speaker there are 3 wires coming out of the box put pos to pos on speaker and neg to neg on speaker the 3rd wire is the remote wire for amp there are female rca cable on the box hook them up to male rca wire that come with amp wire kit ect then run ur power wire ground rca to converter box and remote wire to box to

  2. its simple the wires coming out the line out converter have to be connected to your speaker wires. It doesn't matter what speaker wires you tap into all that matters is that you tap into the speaker wires to get an audio signal for the line out converter.

One thing to keep in mind when doing this is if you have an amplified system on your vehicle you will want to add the line out converter after the factory amp because if not you may get a lower voltage signal that will not sound good running to your amp.

  3. Extremely simple.  Most LOC's only require the speaker wires as well as a battery line and ground.  FOr this reason you would be best off to place the LOC towards the front of the car and that way you can just run a set of RCA's from the LOC to your amp.  Also this means that in the future if you get an headunit that has RCA preouts you can just unhook the LOC and hook up your RCAs to the preamps.

Basically all the installation is is hooking the positive speaker wires to the corresponding wire on the LOC and same with the negative.  Some LOCs use a commutative ground so the negatives for both speaker lines go to the same negative on the LOC.

After you hook up the speaker wires just hook up your power line as well.  You can pull power for this from the IGN on wire that goes into the back of your car stereo or you can locate one one your fuse panel (use a circuit tester and go through each fuse turning off and on your keyswitch to see which one turns on with the key) you can then use a tap to splice a wire from this fuse.  (You may need to upsize the fuse a bit to handle the higher load)

Then hook up your RCAs and you should be in business......
