remote wires are so cheap dood. go get one.

You can run a small jumper wire from the pos terminal on the amp to the remote terminal and it will always remain on or you can run a similar wire from the positive terminal but install a switch so it can be turned off.

I actually have installed switched in the remote wires to my amps so I can turn them on and off as I see fit. This has come in handy when you are listening to different kinds of music and don't need as much bass as you usually want.

the normal way you hook up an amp just without the remote wire? you just wont be able to turn it off and adjust it and things like that.You really should have a remote wire.

wire it to the pos on the amp and undo it when not in use
