  1. other the oabvious 100 meter repeats i recommend u lift weights and follow a healthy diet also try running 200, 300, and 400 repeats if u can dun these effectively thing the 100 will be nothing an u will reach your goal

  2. obviously you cant just get better in a 100m in short time but the least you can do is practice running somewhere (like in your block or backyard).if you live in bayshore go to the jogging track to practice.when you jog a lot slowly start to sprint.

  3. well you can use the blocks but if you already use those then you can practice leaning forward more in your start and building your way up into a sprint.

  4. If you're looking to change it withing a few days, all you can do is change your technique. Use blocks, keep your head down, shoulders relaxed, and use your arms as much as possible.

  5. When you are in blocks before the guys shoots the gun have your head up so you can see the smoke before you hear it. Explode right out of your blocks, make sure you aren't standing up and then running, start running from the level your at and by about the third - fourth step you should be all the way up (depending on your strides). You should keep your head up and lean forward a little bit if you can. Run on your tippie-toes (of course). Pump your arms hard to help propel your body. When you get to the finish line surge your upper body and torso forward so the timers would have to stop the clock about .05 - .1 seconds before if you just ran right through it! You can also look up videos of Olympic runners on youtube and watch how they run it. Hope this helps you! Best of luck to you!
