Question:

How do i improve my handstand?

i get unbalanced so i am forced to walk on my hands but if i try to stay balanced i fall back on my feet

  1. Once I get into the position I find it a lot easier to spread out my legs a bit so I can balance a little bit better by using it as leverage. good luck. tell me if it works for you (:  


  2. Hey ask someone to hold your feet while you do it and when you feel that you can do it ask them to let go

  3. first just have someone help you hold your feet up then let go and sooner or later you will get better at it. :)

  5. i would say keep your head in ( have your ears touching your arms, don't be looking at the floor), toes pointed, stomach sucked in, and sqeeze your butt!  

  6. One word: practice.

    Try doing your handstand against a wall. Start far enough away that your not right against it, but you can use it if you start to fall. The key to holding a handstand, other than finding your center of balance, is using your fingers. Use your fingertips, bending your fingers so that you are 'gripping' the floor. Trust me, this makes a BIG difference.
