How do i improve my landings on my bike jumps?

i just started hitting some jumps with my bike a few days ago..and i want to know how i can improve the landing..and height of my jumps.

  1. well to improve the hieght you should pull up harder on the handle bars and when you level out make sure to bend your legs to get the most ground clearance. When you are landing you should try to land on your rear tire first then touching down with the front tire. Make sure to absorb the impact by bending your arms and legs.NEVER land with you arms and legs locked straight. If you are landing on a slanted surface try to land with both wheels at a time. landing with the rear can be dangerous due to accidental wheeling


  2. absorb the shock of the landing by bending your knees/arms.

    just make sure not to land with knees or elbows straight (e.g. locked), and you should be OK.

  3. Don't fall.
