How do i improve my sprinting in the backyard?

I just want some good easy drills to help me get faster and fitter.

  1. Heres my advice Try to sprint for long amounts of time and keep trying to hold your top speed for as long as you can


  2. do plyometric training it will build your endurance look up on the web or youtube for some videos showing how to do them....good luck

  3. when you run, make sure you breathe in from your nose, and out from your mouth. dont pack in your hands, just let them be loose when you run, but keep your thumbs up so you dont loose energy, it helps you think on, dont be tired, keep your thumbs up because that takes alot of energy.

    drills could be, this is what i do, i jog for 30 seconds, and sprint for 1 minute, i do this until i sprint for 7 minutes, its really exhausting but it works very well!!!!

    also, push your self really hard, try to set goals, like, sprint 5 laps around your backyard for 3 minutes, try to succeed your goals, and then, make harder ones...

    i maybe 12 going to 13 soon, but ive been running for about 5-6 years, and my sisters and her friends have been running too, and there older than me by alot!!

  4. I do lunges, and squats and quick sprints also learn proper sprinting technique aand you will get quicker
