How do i improve the quality of videos i watch on yahoo music?

when i try to play music videos on launch.com they are blurry and the video doesn't keep up with the song. they used to be crystal clear. how do i fix it and improve the video quality?

After you have open the music video window:

Click on "Video quality" next to the "Help"

Select your connect speed and click OK
