  1. use your knees and do a little hop if you have to. just take  your time and wait until the ball is just in the right spot

  2. um... don't swing your arms... use your legs as leverage and push off with your legs. also, square your shoulders in the direction you want to hit to. that should improve alot in accuracy

  3. First off you always want to make sure that you get behind the ball no matter how far you have to travel, and aim your hips where you want the ball to go.  Then, make sure that you have a wide base when you pass, even if you are in motion.  Use your legs to rise a bit, but not too much, and hold your platform strong and straight.  And always make sure that you are never on your heels when you pass.

  4. Bend your knees. Have a flat platform. (forearms)

Push with your legs. Don't swing your arms. Move your feet to get to the ball. Face your target. (Square up and face)

    Hope that helps!!

  5. Watch the ball all the way into your arms, and absorb the ball and bend your knees.  Get behind the ball, by moveing your feet.  Most of all is repitition and practice.  pass off the wall if you don't have someone to serve to you.

  6. you have to get low and bend your knees.the force should come from your legs not arms.if you use your arms too much the ball will go flying. position your body towards the setter more and thats where the ball will go.

  7. I'm going to assume that from the other answers you can figure out your correct form.

The best way to get repeatable results for passing is to practice. Have someone serve you 50 times and keep track of how many you get to the target (better yet have someone else there to set the ball and if they can get a goot set on it it's a good pass). Repeat this drill at every practice (or every time you can), have the server change up the serves, location of the serve, ect. it'll be tough at the begining but you'll find that the more you run this drill the better your passing will be.

This can be changed up to use for free balls and roll shots too.

  8. keep a straight platform

and point your soldiers towrads the target

  9. tilt to target

    and practice

  10. All you have to do is practice hitting the ball softer.  Don't swing your arms and don't swing your body.  Say down low and keep your eye on the ball

    Good Luck

  11. try bendin ur legs more and using ur legs instead of ur hand to be the force

  12. You have to get your feet to where ever the ball is going and make sure both of them are under you, in a stable base.  Stay low, shrugging your shoulders forward and head tucked low.  If you are low, your knees should be bent and this is where the power to push your pass to the setter should come from.  You want to be facing where you want the ball to go as well.  Pick a spot on the wall and practice passing to that spot, trying to hit it everytime....then try a different one.  It's all about repition in this sport.  Practice makes perfect.

  13. if you pinch your lower arm and slack it a little, where you want the ball to hit, sounds sorta stupid but it works, lol, The ball will usually hit the spot you make sting a little. I learned this last year from another member of my team and liked the results.

  14. make the inside of your arms flat. then bend your knees a little bit. when the ball comes to you, make sure you know where you're going to pass the ball. then swing your arms just a little bit using the force of bringing your bent knees up. because if you rely on your arms to do more of the force, your accuracy is getting worse. so use your knees as your force. hope it helps...it'd be better if i could demonstrate.
