  3. Your going to have to do more running. That's really the key in stamina there are other exercises you can do to increase you stamina but running is the most basic and conventional different trainers say different things but Roadwork or running always stays the same.

  5. That's easy, just take what ever Margarito was taking during the Cotto fight. I'm sure they have plenty of that medicine in the second water Bottle at their Gym. You could also chomp down on a few Jalepino peppers they seem to be a favorite stimulant amoung some fighters with super human stamina abilities from that Country which I need not mention.
