  1. yeeeaaa i got the same dream lol for 100meters but its ganna be hard with 9.69 sec record

    1. start jogging everyday for 40 minutes ex. threadmill (300+ calories at a fast jogging speed) or if you live near a hill run up and down for 40mins or just do some plain jogging/running for 40mins

    2. Get a homegym and start working out with that for another 30mins specially your legs, pecs, abs and biceps

3.cut down on  junk food and eat alot of vegetable that are high on iron and protein.

    4. start practicing your start for the 100m and time your 100m every week to see results.

    5. when your running keep your head down for 15meters then slowing bring your head up and by the last 40-60 meters your head should be competely up

    6. join ure highschool track team

  2. holy **** sorry to say this but 18 seconds is slow as ****. But you're not in high school yet so i dunno. Participate in track & field at your school, thats the only way to improve

  3. pray every night and hope for a miracle

  4. Eat right (runnersworld.com) < Nutrition tips and keep practicing dont get complacent if you do start gaining speed just keep running thats really all it comes down to. Practice makes perfect.

  5. 18 second??????? d**n ur slow how old r u i ran 18 seconds in grade 2 lol, u need prayer........and train hard who knows im jamaican and when i was 14 i was running 12.95 and i normally came like 5th or fourth in races.....track is hard good luck

  6. Haha well i'm sorry. You can't run like one of those girls unless you look like one of them. The reason the look like body builders is because they use all of those muscles in their race. So again sorry. I'm more of a distance runner but first start out on a track team when you get into high school. That will help you get your start.
