How do i install a visual CADD drawing file on my windows vista to open a vcd file?

i have converted some vhs files to vcd format at a studio, which they bunt n a CD, but somehow, it does not seem to open on my vista due to unsupported file format. the error link says that a visualCAD drawing ile is needed to view the viedeo.i have no idea what to do regarding the above. please help out... :)
