my computer does that sometimes. You need to find a  "full install" version which isnt part of the usual liks.

- On your PC go to SETTINGS > CONTROL PANEL > ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS (Programs and Features in VISTA) and remove "Macromedia flash player, Adobe Flash Player ActiveX, Adobe FlashPlayer Plugin" (if exist)

- Go to INTERNET EXPLORER > TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > GENRAL tab > SETTINGS button > VIEW OBJECTS button and remove "Shockwave Flash Object" (if exists)

- Start Internet Explorer go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplaye...  and follow instructions on the download site

- Restart the PC again after the installation.

Go here http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/WE...  read what's written attentively, click Download and download  the Uninstaller and the Player -download as in Save not Run. Close the browser, run the uninstaller first , then the installer.

well just go to the website and download but if you are having problems then its best to contact adobe.The site should determine what browser you use and then simply download the correct one.A  simple solution may be clearing the Internet cache or the firewall/ anti virus may be blocking the download.
