  1. Download java from http://www.java.com/en/

    Then run through the setup wizard that pops up. Choose install, accept, next, etc.


  2. Download here, (click the link) and download the offline version for windows which is 15.18 MB

  4. I'm guessing that you are trying to start programing in Java.

    Go here:

    Then download JDK 6 Update 7 with NetBeans 6.1

    Install it. You're done.
