How do i install my blackberry pearl track ball?

long story short,

orginal trackball went bye bye.

i ordered a new one off of ebay,

now,

how do i install it?

detailed instructions pleasE?

& i tried, but the ball kinda...

sinks in too low?

like it wont let me push it down.

HELP.
