How do i install xml files on windows mobile 6?

im tryin to add new programs to my t mobile dash and all the programs come with setup.xml ive tried running it on my phone but it just shows the xml tree, how do you get it to install or run or whatever this kind of file is supposed to do

XML (Extensible Markup Language) is a markup language for documents containing structured information.

Sort of like HTML. It's used to develope internet web pages. XML documents are not programs that can be loaded onto a conputer and run.
