How do i itemize deductions from gross income?

Question

I have this form i have to fill out for court for child support, line 3 says itemize deductions from gross income,

a)federal income tax

b)state income tax

c)fica/medicare

Any help would be thankful

If you don't have your tax returns accessible, you can also use your last paycheck and multiply by 12, if your earnings are about the same every month.

Those numbers are itemized on your paystub if youre an employee and at year end on form W2

Look at your paycheck stub.  It's all there if you receive a paycheck.

If you are self-employed, look at your tax returns.

The relevant numbers are on your pay stub, if you are an employee.  If you're self-employed, I have no idea how to calculate them.
