How do i join a community centre's volleyball club/team?

Sounds like you know a community centre that definitely has a club/team. Just call the centre or walk in talk to the executive director and they should be able to add you to a "waiting list" (meaning you don't have a team), so that they can assign you into a team...

I am not sure whether you live in Singapore or anywhere else in the world, but at least this is how it goes in my area in the United States.
