  1. I have the same thing with my hockey matches. All you have to do is just completely ignore the crowd. Imagine they're not there.

If that doesn't work then get angry with the other team. After the other team have scored a few goals against us, or we get a bad foul I have this sort of game-rage and just go crazy with the ball and usually end up scoring.

Like someone else said, have confidence in yourself and don't worry if you make a few mistakes, just keeping going for the ball otherwise people will only remember your game as the person who gave up.

  2. grow some balls, you need to believe in yourself and gain some confidence my friend. Don't be scared of anything, get the ball and see that nothing bad will happen, especially if your team has your back.

  3. Just have faith in yourself while playing your matches.Keep practicing and believe that if anyone can do it I can also do it.

  4. When you were a kid, you were never afraid to try, to dare, and to ignore everything around you.

My first advice is: Never grow up.

Enjoy, Forget the people, forget everything.  Just enjoy.

Soccer is an art, and you can only make beautiful music if you work together as one with your orchestra.  So don't be nervous.  If you s***w up, you s***w up.  Everyone screws up, even Ronaldo.  So take it easy and just enjoy.

On the more practical note, play a comfortable position (I personally prefer any position on the right) and calm down.  You'll s***w up if you're nervous, so why get nervous?
