How do i keep my glasses from de-foging?the one i use daily?

so i am going to go paintballing but my glasses als was fog,not the mask goggles but the glasses [what i use to read etc] and i am hearing things like you can use soap and i was wondering if it is true?will it damage my glasses?

how long do you think it will stay?

you can buy defogging liquid at dive stores or pick up a bottle from the local fire department.  That stuff works pretty well for the masks they use.

I use glasses and the best thing to use for your glasses is liquid soap and cold water, shake water off and clean it with the little silk cloth that comes with your glasses-perfect....you will enjoy it for the next 4/5 hours when outdoor and longer indoor before you have to clean it again for clarity.
