How do i keep my guinea pig Meimei from being bored while i attend school?

Question

i will be getting her a playmate during the Christmas break

but cannot get one any sooner and i am afraid she will become upset because right now i free during summer vacation.

BUT i need advice to keep my Cavy healthy while i wait for the arrival of another Cavy

we have a second level to our pig's cage, he likes going up the ladder, where we put a shoe box for him. They love remodeling with shoe boxes, so I suggest you put 2 of them in the cage (if it's big enough for 2).

P.S. If your cage is not big enough for 2 shoe boxes, it's not big enough for 2 guinea pigs, and they will be fighting a lot. I know from experience, I've raised about 9 guinea pigs over the past 6 or 7 years.

Buy her one of those running toy thingy, that should keep her busy. I don't know much about Guniea pigs, but do you get something like a calcium chewy for them, that can take a while to chew.
