guaranteed every time i go sledding my helmet lense gets foggy, sometimes i get frost in there. all my vents are open and the face mask is very snug on my nose and cheeks. i usually keep it cracked open a bit but that gets very cold on my face after a while. is there a trick to prevent this from happening? do anti-fog wipes or spry work?

  1. buy anti fog and joes outdoors

  2. They sell anti-fog at most sporting goods stores that carry ski/snowboard equipment, and they work very well. Motorcyclists, skiers, and swimmers use them on their goggles. If you are caught on the slope without it, you can use saliva... yes, saliva. Spit on your visor and rub it in. Its good to leave a small film that you can still see through (you don't want to spit on it then rub it in, cuz all you are doing is wiping it off. The spit won't allow the air moisture to condense and fog up your visor.

  3. Cat c**p really works well. I know the name sounds really disgusting but It really works well. Ski stores should sell them.

I did a survey for my class to see how many people used it and liked it. 16 kids in my class said they used it and liked it out of 21 kids, the other 5 kids never used it. One more thing if you do end up getting the anti fog spray check before you use it if you can use it on that type of lens because I once used it on my lens and it totally recked it.

    Hope this Helped

  4. Rain-X usually works quite well.

  5. I purchased a electric shield this year. Was tired of fogging. So far this no fogging whats so ever. Good investment if you don't like fogging up.
