get a pool cleaner. or, you can have this system where your pool is kinda like saltwater and its cleans the pool great. chlorine would be the last thing you should do because it just cleans the pool but it wont give you the clear blue effect.

Get a filter, if that costs too much.

Then just get a cleaner stick, and clean before and after each use. Also, get a cover to put on your pool when it's not in use. it'll help keep the bugs and icky stuff out.

the water is clear but if you want to see blue you have to paint all the pool walls

Okay- to get the crystal clear blue water get your chlorine level up to at least 3-5ppm. Without chlorine you pool water will get hazy and eventually turn green as algae grows. I'm assuming you have a filtration system because even with chlorine any dead algae or debris will cloud up the water.
