you could bake clean egg shells at 325 degrees c for 15 mins, then crush them to a powder in a mortar and pestle,

or you could buy a cuttlefish from the pet shop, boil a few bits at a time in clean water, let soak overnight, then dry out before dropping a piece or two in the aquarium

You can feed them with vegetables.

Calcium in the water and in their food helps.  A fair KH will and food like broccoli and spinach will allow the snail to assimilate the calcium in the shell.
