How do i keep my white bathing suit white?

i have this new white bathing suit and it's getting some stains just from wearing it, they aren't huge but it's turning like an offwhite almost tanish color in some areas. i've tried bleaching it more than once but it's not doing it. what can i do?

Napisan is a good safe method. Dont know if you have it where you are, i'm in Australia.

Dish soap is always worth a try and so is Zout.  Also don't wash it in the washing machine.  Hand wash in cold with a gentle soap or something made for swim wear (Nordstroms sells a product) and lay it to air dry.  The spots could have come from the dryer too if you dried it.

Try soaking it in oxy clean and warm water for about an hour, then washing it. Do you rinse it out well, wring it out, and hang it up to dry right away every time after you wear it? My daughter had trouble with hers because she wasn't getting the pool water out of her suit well enough. Good luck!

AT this point nothing but buy a new white bathing suit.  Once the suit has been stained, bleached a few times and washed and the stains continue to persist or get worse and turn yellowish it is time to get a new suit.  Nothing you can do will get the yellowish stains from a white suit at this point.  They have already set in the fabric.

When you do get a new white suit, you will want to wash with a mild soap and rinse well each time you wear it. DO NOT put the suit in a waher/dryer especially with hot water and bleach.  Good Luck and Happy Summer!!!

Bleach is a real killer on anything not 100% cotton.  After you try all the other suggestions, one thing that will help w/overall dinge is let it dry in the sun.  The sun will (naturally) bleach out the dingy look.

Don't wear it or wash it.  Seriously. Clorine will change the color, as will sun.
