  1. Choose to laugh at(not necessarily with) someone.

Look for the quirks in a person and see them as colourful individuals.

Look for the redeeming qualities. They have their pants on right or they didn't forget to put on their shoes...etc.

Choose to be amused rather than irritated.(It's more personally healthy)

  2. try use a paper bag

  3. After about twenty years you get used to people being annoying, even though they dont want to be and dont mean to be.  Either that, or after you have kids.

  4. When I get pissed off at people (which is often, mind you) I take comfort in the fact that I won't have to deal with their stupid sh*t forever and I completely block them out.  People aren't worth getting so upset.

  5. You know often when we aim our anger or aggression at someone else, there's often something else going on inside of us and that is the "straw that broke the camels back" Have you ever tried journaling what is going on inside of you just before the anger/annoyance hits? Or even doing some freestyle writing after the fact. It doesn't have to make sense to anyone but you, but ofter it's the way to shed light on our inner issues. I would agree unless you're a hostile driver or threatening to hit people or Animals anger management is not usually the forst thing to do. If it does continue I would think about general counseling.

  6. It All About Well You Precieve What Angers You . Remember Never Get Paniced Just By Listening Foul Comments Or Forced Positions Upon You And As Result Of Your Anger Bouts Instead Of Resolving The Reason For It Gets You In A New Mess >You Damage Your Health

  7. Just remember to take a deep breathe. Just remember that Everything will be okay no matter what happens. Try listening to your favorite music, or try spending mroe time on a hobby to calm you down.

  8. Self talk. Just keep telling yourself in your head that you're gonna get through this without getting angry or mad.
