How do i keep myself from getting tired or exhausted when jogging or runnig???

  1. Listen to music and have day dreams thats what i do. Speaking of the devil im gonna go running right now~


  2. If you eat some slow burning carbs like fruit or vegetable they stay in your body a little longer and provide extra energy when you are working out

  3. Before I run, I drink a shake of about 6 oz of Skim Milk and 15g worth of protein powder.  Often I'll substitute juice for the milk or 3 oz/3oz.

    Just get some carbs and protein in your system before and after you run. It will help!

  4. a good protein shake or a multivitamin such as greens plus grealt helps ...

    at least it works for me !

  6. First of all, it depends on how far and fast you are moving. You just have to build up a tolerance. It's hard to start exercising the way you want right out the gate. Just be patient, and diligent. After about a week or so, you'll get there.  

  7. run or jog until tired then a brisk walk until better!
