  1. Take along a book that you would like to read and a small pillow  and a sweater to put over you when you like to sleep. You will need to sleep for a while to keep your body and mind straight over the time zones.

    Have a good trip.

    Regards,

    Dan

  2. I have several languages that I am currently studying loaded onto my Ipod.  When I travel to one of the countries whose language I am studying,  I spend alot of the time listening to the applicable language lessons.  I also read through my phrase book for that country in order to have questions and answers at hand since I will be sure to need them.

Another suggestion would be to have travel guides of the area you will visit and use this time to plan your itinerary.  It is also a good time to write about your travel experience in a journal and/or a travel blog like TravBuddy so you can post your stories and pictures when you get access to the internet.

Combine all of these ideas along with a bit of sleep, listening to your fav tunes on your Ipod or movies that you may have downloaded (or watch ones shown by the airline) and if you dare....eat the airline food.  I could sit on a plane for days as long as  I have all my favorite activities to keep me busy!

  3. watch the movie

    read

    listen to music

    sleep

  4. how do you regularly keep your brain occupied? is twelve hours any different than say ten? well it is two hours more, thats a a lot of space.

a book or a book or sleep?

  5. masturbating, and getting drunk

  6. crossword puzzles, sodoku, ipods, magazines, books, sleeping, a psp...good luck, traveling is tedious

  7. Flights that long usually have a personal screen for entertainment on each seats. If it doesn't then bring a laptop, read books, video games, games, board games......................

  8. Sleep.......a 12 hour flight will kill you. Jet Lag. Bring a pillow and a I Pod and try to get as much sleep as possible.

  9. Laptop with games and EBooks loaded. A good book or magazines and an mp3 player.

  10. If possible, don't fly..if you have to, then find a flight where you can break journey...if that is not possible then,

1...Take a cross word puzzle book

2...take the bunch of papers from your drawers. read them and discard the ones you don't need.

3...read an interesting book which you would love to finish at one shot.

4...if you like knitting, you'll be able to finish something.

5...Sleep sleep. rest as much as you can.

6...take a note book and pen and remember all those good times of your past, interesting things happened in your child hood, days with siblings, school activities etc etc.

I have written 400 incidents and things about friends and siblings which still amuse me.

Just remember one thing...every hour get up and take a little walk for circulation..or take an aspirin...Good Luck

  12. well books and electronic devices help me usually when i go on flights i take my PSP my mp3 and some books or if you have a laptop use that but i would really recommend buying a psp or a Nintendo DS with some good games because those are so amusing when you're on long flights
