I DONT WANT THEM ANY MORE!! i clean the kitchen DAILY! i pour bleach down the drains TWICE a day!! they just keep coming... until i move what can we do!!?? please help....

  1. I'm so sorry to hear about the roaches, but it doesn't matter how clean a person is, those little critters will take over. Did you try spraying around the perimeter of your house. They might be coming from a neighbors house or something. Just a thought!

  2. Yuck. I agree. They are nasty.

Call the landlord and make them exterminate.

Apartment living usually means sharing the neighbors bugs.

The only thing I know of is to keep spraying. There is some powders on the market that may help.

I'd call the landlord and complain.

  3. raid roach gel....I had the same problem when I lived in an apartment, they were EVERYWHERE and the only thing that worked was the gel. just put it where your kids can't get to it, keep putting it out, and within 2 weeks, they will be gone.

  4. Cockroaches are absolutely disgusting. *BARF*

Good luck getting rid of them. >.< I hate bugs.

  5. Go buy some Boric Acid, found in the laundry detergent isle. Spread it behind everything everywhere, and just leave it. In corner cracks, behind stove, refrig, under cabinets. Keep doing what you can to rid them instantly, but the boric acid will eventually kill them off permanently. The problem with it is, it does take a while, as in a few months. The reason is because it is not a poison, so it will not harm any of your pets or children. It acts like little slivers of glass to a bug, roaches, ants, any kind. It has to go thru the cycle life of the bug. Adults walk on it, take it back to the nest and spread it, all the way to the eggs being hatched and the newbies crawling on it. As they clean theirselves it slices them up on the inside. So it will work, and if you plan to stay there for a period of time, this will eventually rid you of all creepy-crawlies, forever!

  6. 1. buy RAID Roach bait with the double food trays. THey sometimes come with egg killers too so look for those. Buy at LEAST( 4) total cost about 30$ . Place them everywhere it says on the box. Wash and dry dishes, use bleach pour in sinks and clog up all drains at night. sweep floors vacuum daily. Tie trash bags tight and take out every night or put outside. Every roach you see kill them and flush down the toilet.  You should see them gone by 1 month after you do this. if not then you need to call professionals. They  cannot live without water. You can leave your sink clogged with water and a light amount of borax then when they drink it at night they die....:D

  7. Sorry that I can't help you, but I just wanted to tell you that I am living in an apartment right now and we get baby roaches popping up every day. The other day I found a huge cockroach in our kitchen. The exterminator comes every monday, but it doesn't really help. Well good luck!

  8. 1st,you have to take away their food supply, that's what they are there for to start with.make sure that you get rid of all shopping bags(plastic&paper)

believe it or not ,you bring in the eggs when you go shopping, they're in the new bags you bring in.

so don't store them under your sink, cabinets,&so on,to used for trash bags later,we all do it. after the food is gone then its alot easier to control them, gotta stop and think, they arsurvivorsrs been here for how many millions of years? they also follow pets, they're after the food.snakes,,,,,,its a shame that snakes wont ear roaches, built in pest control huh?

but the main thing is to keep food and bags in air tight containers so the roaches cant breed and hatch, keep the damp areas baited and as dry as possible ,,you'll have a good start on controlling the little buggers.

  9. well remember that for every one you see theres like 1000 more in hiding also dead ones bring more so make sure you dispose of the bodies. also if you live in condos or apartments it can spread from other peoples homes to yours and the only way to get rid of em would be to bomb the whole building.....good luck....i hate those things too lol

  10. Go to the drugstore and get boric acid and spread it around you kitchen cabinets and any place you think they are hiding. The city here uses it in the sewers when people complain about roaches coming in from the drains.
