i am already skinny but im geting chubbier every day so how do i keep skinny

  1. Space only 2 meals throughout the day, 1st at 10:00am 2nd at 4:00pm

    with 2 small snacks in between


  2. O.K.

    Do cardio; i recommend swimming. It works most muscles in your body, and i would say more than running would, but still run.

    restrain from drinking  coke and other soda; DRINK WATER. If it's ice cold you body will spend calories trying to heat it up.

    Only eat when hungry hungry; i'm one of those eat-when-bored eaters. Find something to occupy yourself.

    I wouldn't do abb workouts and such. I'm a believer that they will build under fat, pushing the fat outwards. -seems to be the case with me
