How do i keep the speedball going 1 direction now going everywhere?

i cant keep the speedball to go in 1 direction i keep it for about 10 seconds then it goes everywhere

Focus, practice and timing.  Hit it the same way every time.

hit it in the same direction every time. the speed bag only moves at the angles you hit it at. lots and lots of practice is the only thing that will make you better. do 4-5 rounds as a cool down of speed bag at the end of your workout
