How do i keep the yahoo news tab from opening on homepage start up?

  1. You change you website address by keying in a different homepage under control panel -> internet options -> general. Change the address to the one you want.

    But if you do not want the news tab alone, you can attempt to delete it by going under view -> toolbar and uncheck Yahoo! Toolbar


  2. You can't. You can't delete or hide any part of the home page. If you don't want to see news, make your My Yahoo! page your home page when you start your browser. You can customize the content of the My Yahoo! page.
