i am wondering how to kill nerves nerves in my knee/shinebone.

i have been into fighting all my life

and i have been taking jujitsu for awhile now

but i am just wondering how to do this, because in my opinion Muay Thai is one of the best stand-up fighting martial arts and they can kill the nerves in parts of their body so they can have superhuman-like feats.

and i want to be able to apply a Muay Thai kick into things like wood without getting pain all over.

i also realize i need to strengthen and condense my bones also, however i already know how to do this part.

  1. You don't actually kill the nerve you desensitize it and built up your pain tolerance threshold  by continuing hitting hard objects with it. but remember to be successful at this you must have good balance and keep the weight down on your grounded foot.

Remember:easy does it, Rome was not built in one day and kriptonite  kills superman.

Be careful with Knee it's more fragile you must know it's anatomy and what part to strike with or desensitize.

  2. I have been involved heavily in combat martial arts for nearly 41 years (Since 1967). I can tell you that you do not want to do that to yourself. Talk to a good doctor and he will tell you that it is a really bad idea to attempt such training. Besides it won'y make you fight any better.

Reminds me of a student many years ago that wanted me to teach them the iron palm.  I told him that until he learned to fight the iron palm would be about as useful as having a new car that has no engine. You still cant go anywhere.

Just continue training and improving your skills. forget about the conditioning you mention. You will regret ti if you don't. Only question is will you regret it sooner or later. Either way you can do permanent damage that you will have to live with.

  3. If you want to permanently damage your shin bones, and kill the nerves in that area, just roll objects onto them.

If you want to condition them, just kick the heavy bag/pads hundreds of times, with time you will get used to the pain, and by doing so your bones will become denser.

    good luck!

  4. why . if you want to end up a cripple thats a quickway to go.

  5. I tried this yrs. ago, now I have numbness in my shins, you can do this with what I call wild training methods, but there will be a lifetime of problems to pay for it. If your thinking in terms of street defense don't do it, for Muay Thai you should, just be ready to live with the results. Good luck
