How do i kill the ants in my car?

Yesterday when i got into my car, i found soooo many ants inside my car. They were all over the carpet, seats, doors, between the front window and the rubber. I went straight to a car wash, and vaccumed as much as i could, it seemed like they were gone. As soon i got home and parked for 10 minutes, they appeared all over. Most of them were carrying something, i thought it was food, but when i looked closely, it was eggs. So discusting. This morning when i opened the door, they where all in one place between the bars that connect the door with the car. It was like a whole colony. I went and got insect killer spray, and sprayed on them. I didnt see many anymore, but what can i do, to make sure they go away for good? They are tiny red/brownish ants, and i have noticed some for about 6 months now. Help me find a solution to this, i can stand it anymore.

Buy combat ant bait traps. They work wonders in the car. Place one next to each car door and in the trunk.

Ants are horrible now because of the weather.

Just get some of the traps, it should help. Also clean the tire wells. where pinestraw and leaves sometimes build up. They can hide their.

red/brownish ants are common. Unless they are bright red than you should be worried. because Bright red ants are fire ants and are really aggressive.

red/brownish ants are common sugar ants, yes they will sting/bite when it comes down to it.

Red ants can sting.  To get rid of them, sprinkle some talcum powder over them.  They will crawl back to their nests and die. The best part is that the talcum powder that they take with them on their bodies will kill the other ants in the nest.

You are right, this was eggs the ants were carrying - so you need to get busy with the talcum powder as soon as possible.
