  1. You're good to ask how FIT you are, cause weight and height aren't the only indicator. I'd try going to a fitness website, I like fitness magazine for example and try some of the fitness calculators there. Some of them will give a BMI (body mass index) that tells you a healthy weight for your size etc.

I've also read somewhere something that showed a chart, you should be able to run for so long, depending on age. But that's a good test too, you should be able to expend some energy without feeling exhausted,.. otherwise keep increasing exercise slowly and you'll increase your endurance, making you more fit.

  2. go to google and search for "BMI calculator". A body mass index calculator tells you how much body fat you have given your height, weight, and gender.

You'll get a number, and there'll be a chart that tells you what you are. "If you are between 20.5 and 28.5, you are in a healthy weight range, if you are 29-37.5 you are overweight, ect ect."

    Good luck!

And if you're one point above "normal" weight, don't freak out and try to lose like 3 pounds... that's ridiculous.

    Hope I helped =)
