How do i know how much to charge for shipping and handling on ebay???

ive never done it before. what do i do after the highest bidder is chosen? how do i get a box to put my items in and how do i know what to charge?? im really confused here!!! how do i get the box to the person??

  1. Contact your local post office for details about shipping and handling.

Get the item packaged, and take it to USPS or whichever shipping company is convenient, where they will weigh it and give you a shipping estimate.  Check the USPS website, you can also get an estimate online if you know the approximate weight and dimensions of your parcel.  Once you have a high bidder, ebay will email you after the auction, and you will be given the buyer's address.  The forms of payment are entirely up to you, the seller, but I prefer payment from paypal, because it's instant payment, but I never ever send anything until I have the buyer's payment.  Message me if you need additional information.
