How do i know i have a HDTV with 1080p on my tv?

  1. If it's last year's model Hitachi 1080 plasma, it is 1080 but it is 1080i rather than 1080p. It will not display 1080p (progressive) and can only display 1080i (interlaced). Stupid move on Hitachi's part to even make and sell that TV last year.


  2. It will say in your tv's manual. You need to know the model of the tv to know get more info.
