How do i know if a fuse is burnt out?

i have an amp and it wount work, its not the tubes its not the speakers, so i thought it might be the fuse, but i dont want to wast my money, so how do i know if its burnt out?

All fuses have visible wires inside them, if the wire is still solid its good, when a fuse goes bad that wire "breaks" and looks burned out on both sides no longer making a clear circuit....

i think if the fuse is not working it is burnt out

it could be the fuse..the amp is from the speakers.

under the amp there is a fuse, just like light bulbs, if its bad, you can change the fuse.
