  1. If you're eating like you say, you should be fine, but if you're concerned, you can take a multivitamin. It wouldn't hurt, though it can be difficult to find a good vegetarian one. GNC has some, I know.

  2. Vitamin defficiencies can show up in a number of ways (for all diets). Blleding gums, ridges in your fingernails, unexplainable fatique, food cravings, anemia, excessive ice chewing, just a few. It really depends on what vitamin you're lacking.  It can also lead to things like rickets and osteoperosis.  If you're concerned talk to your doctor so they can assess which vitamins you are most likely to be lacking and discuss the warning signs and symptoms with you.

  3. You're probably fine. Definitely healthier than most meat eaters, which is ironic because they never seem to really even give their nutrition any thought, when they're the ones who should be worried. Don't be so afraid of "not getting enough vitamins", that's just another thing people say to make people afraid to become veg*n. If you really are worried, you can go to a doctor and get a blood test, which will show if you have a deficiency. Or just take a multivitamin, but talk to a doctor before doing that.

  4. Go to the doctor.

  5. Being vegetarian and healthy is not any more difficult than eating healthy on a traditional diet.
