  1. get a d**n trampoline

  2. You'll know when your gymnastics instructor tells you. Seriously, this is not a skill to mess around with. People have broken their necks doing it wrong. So go to class and get a spotter.

In the meantime there are drills you can do at home daily to get ready: http://aescougarcheer.com/Cheer101/tumbl... And don't forget to do a lot of power jumps to work on your lift, and ab work to have stomach muscles strong enough to pull you over. The more you work on the drills, the faster you will be able to learn the skill when you get a qualified spotter to help you.

  3. Try doing a hand-spring first

Then you'll have to take your hands out of it.

    Hope that's helped

  4. Get a trampoline and get used to it on there first once you have mastered it on the trampoline try it on to a crash mat and have someone to support you

  5. Just do it. I do them off of cars all the time. But, I couldn't do a backflip off the ground until after I learned to do that. I still have trouble landing them but, if I get on something 5 or 6 feet high i can stick one everytime.

  6. you don't know untill you try it, but have someone at hand to suppurt you if you can't quite get alll the way over
