  1. If you got one through marriage, it's conditional.  AMNESTY means never having immigration enforcement!

    Those 'undocumented' are actually 'highly documented' with fraudulent documents our government readily accepts.

    If fences don't work then take down those around the White House.

  2. If it has a two year validity period, it's conditional. If it has a 10 year validity period, it's unconditional.

  3. The easiest way is to look at your ACTUAL [green card] or plastic card that was given. If the expiration date is only 2 years valid...then is a conditional green card...if it´s 10 then it's a full unconditional one.

    You should received a conditional green card if by the time of the APPROVAL of your permanent residency you were marry to your spouse LESS than 2 years. Not by the time you file, or your card arrived...time of approval. If you were married 25 months (more than 2 years) to your spouse at the time of the approval you should received an unconditional card.

    This ONLY applies if you obtain permanent residency through the marriage with a US citizen.
