  1. This does not sound like you are anemic.  Anemia is low iron levels in your blood.  You need to see a doctor and tell him/her your symptoms so they can perform the appropriate tests!

  2. go to the doctors and they will be able to give you a blood test to see if you are anemic if you are they will give you some iron tablets

  3. The only way to be sure is to have a CBC done. You should not try and guess and then treat assuming such. Anemia left untreated can be serious. Please see your doctor. Also the cause for the anemia needs to be found and treated not just the anemia.

  4. Ok, lets address each issue as it comes up.

Muscles cramps are the result of not enough potassium in your body.  Cramping at night, (leg cramps, and when you exercise are good indications).

Remedy, eat potatoes and drink a glass of orange juice every morning to get some vitamin K in you... (You probably should have about 1600mg or  up to 2500mg of potassium a day, depending on the severity and occurance of the cramps).

The eyes should get checked by an Opthamologist or Eye Doctor because it could be a sign of liver problems and have your family Doctor in on this too.  Blood work can determine if your liver enzymes are out of wack.

Dizzy and faint is from a lack of oxygen, that is a good indicator of either lung disease or heart disease, so is that chest pains.

Tired can be attributed to low iron in your blood, (again, determined by a Doctor with blood tests).  You may need to take iron pills to bring your level up to par.

High pulse is expected when your running or doing any type of exercise!  Thats just a normal occurance, and so is getting short of breath when you work out hard or do a hard run such as sprints or long distance, you can expect these as normal occurance, but, to make sure, you should be tested by a Doctor to be sure that your able and ready to perform strenuous exercises and that your body is not lacking any important nutrients that may send you head over heels from something that you may not know about.

May the LORD be with you.

    I wish you well...
