  1. It would have another lever to the left of the shift lever and say "Quadra-Drive" under it if it's got 4wd. It would also say "Quadra-Drive" under the Jeep badge on the back hatch. I don't think very many Limiteds were 2wd.

  2. Another way to tell is to look under the front of your jeep. If it has a driveshaft going to the front end, it's a 4x4.

  3. my jeep has that lever closest to the driver and it says 4all time than below that is N and after that is 4lo

  4. Look at the front axle. If it has a differential (pumpkin) on it (like the rear axle does), it's a 4x4. No front diff, no 4x4.

  5. Your model of jeep (if a 4x4) will have a gearshift lever to the left (closest to the driver) for the transfer case.  If it does not it may also be push button 4x4 in which case you would find the buttons by the cup holders in the center console.  Also as mentioned previously a really easy way to check is look under the front end of your vehicle.  If there's a differential (ball looking object) on the front axle (this would look the same as the one on the rear axle for reference) if there's one present on the front then your jeep is 4x4.  If you don't have any of those then you have a 2WD jeep.  Don't ask me why Jeep would even build a 2WD offroad vehicle.
