How do i know if my crocodile meat steak is off?

it smells pretty rank. is it supposed to?

I don't know, I think that ANY meat whose smell can be described as "rank" should never be consumed. That's the ultimate meat test, for any meat... smell. If it smell legitimately bad (as opposed to strong) then  you shouldn't eat it.

Its a strong smelling meat, but i would eat is soon to be on the safe side. Make a sandwich and make it snappy
