How do i know if my dwarf puffer fish is pregnant?

The first thing to do is to make sure that your dwarf puffer is actually a female. Check out the link in my sources to determine of your fish is male or female.  

If you have a female, be sure to go through the rest of the Puffer forum,  it is an invaluable resource dealing with a wonderful family of fishes.

If I remember correctly, the gestation period for Dwarf puffers is 4 to 5 days before they drop their eggs.

Puffer fish are hard to breed, so don't put to high hope on it, more of them breeding puffer are either farm rise type.
