How do i know if my hamster is ready to pass away?

She is going to be 4 years old in dec. this past week she has not eatin as much and when you pick her up you can feel every bone in her body. she is startin to bald and when she walk she is wavin back and forth. she has green pooh on her tail. is she just really sick or is she dyin. i have a doc app for her in the next few days and thats the earliest i can get her in. i am real worried. plz help me and my baby

i think you should put her to sleep its the nicest thing to do as she probably in pain sorry to say but it kinda sound like she got wet tail sorry  she ill my hamster had wet tail
